FROM ITALY, WITH LOVE

Working within Ramona’s established design language, we developed the full packaging system for their Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Rosé, including the can, 4-pack, and 48-pack case design. The goal was to preserve brand recognition while elevating the product’s “Made in Italy” positioning with refined typography and subtle European cues.

We amplified the bold triangular wordmark and introduced a more structured typographic hierarchy, giving the packaging a cleaner, more premium presence on shelf. The Ramona lady illustration — previously used sporadically in marketing — was brought forward as a central storytelling element across the box designs, adding personality and heritage to the larger-format packaging.

Beyond aesthetics, we worked closely with U.S. and E.U. regulatory bodies to ensure all packaging specifications were cleared for sale in both markets, aligning compliance with design integrity.

Now stocked in major retailers including Whole Foods and specialty markets across North America and Europe, the refreshed system carries Ramona’s distinctive energy into the fast-growing non-alcoholic category — confidently, and at scale.
